 CISIUM Program management plans, organizes, and manages resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. We have many years of program management experiences working in product development and manufacturing of electronic products for the automotive industries, managing cross functional multinational teams located on different development and manufacturing sites all over the world.
One of the main tasks of our program management during the planning of a new product development is the definition and establishment of the steps necessary to assure that a product satisfies the customer, so called “Product Quality Planning”. Therefore each project are divided into several phases mainly “Planning”, “Prototype”, “Pilot”, “Launch” and “Post Launch”, and each phase includes several element called deliverables (something which has to be delivered). Some deliverables are unique for a certain phase and some are repeated in several phases.

 The strategic location in Cebu, Philippines gives CISIUM the access to a huge pool of highly skilled, English language proficient engineers. This fact combined with management professional and technical expertise allows CISIUM to provide excellent electronics engineering services, so far only available to multinational companies that can allow them to setup and maintain their own engineering and development centers in low cost countries.
We make available our extensive experience in hardware engineering to create schematics, PCB design, perform calculations, and so on. We also offer engineering services to develop and validate embedded software applications and Windows based Software applications. We are able to design and to manage the manufacturing of electric/electronic modules to support your engineering activities.

The technical expertise allows us to audit and to judge supplier manufacturing process and material quality. We use only supplier with good quality and are able to inspect parts at the supplier in China before shipment.

 CISIUM together with our partners provide electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) to customers who are Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) of products.
Our program management can select out of a pool of EMS companies the most suitable for your product fabrication. As turnkey contractors, we are responsible for sourcing and procuring all required product parts directly from suppliers and assemble them as well as subsequent manufacturing processes.
